When Donald Schiller and Joseph DuCanto founded this firm in 1981, they brought business litigation rigor to family law at a time when no one else was thinking that way. Charles Fleck — former Chief Judge of Cook County's Domestic Relations Division — joined in 1982, adding a critical insider's perspective on how judges evaluate cases.
